Experience: 2-3 years experience as shift supervisor with knowledge of
extruder machine.
Qualification – ITI (PPO) CIPET. DPET, B. Sc /M. Sc (Polymer)
Job Description:-
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
1) ensuring that the production is cost effective;
2) making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
3) working out the human and material resources needed;
4) working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
5) ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
6) supervising and motivating a team of workers;
7) reviewing worker performance;
8) identifying training needs
